We do not offer return/refund or exchange due to Covid-19 unless the item is found damage before use. The damage should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order with images as proof.

All defected items must be returned unused and in a resalable condition, in the original packaging it arrived in. A refund or exchange will only be given if they fit in with our returns policy.

Garments which have been defected or torn due to them being tried on, are not eligible for a exchange or refund. We also do not accept shrinkage of lawn suits as a manufacturing defect, as such fabric should be handled with care and dry cleaned only.

One we receive the damaged item, it will be checked thoroughly and you will be notified by email whether your return has been accepted or rejected. For accepted returns, refund will be issued and credited to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

We advise all customers to read through product details and size guide before completing the order as no returns will be accepted.
